  Hi,

I bought this airbot air purifier last year March. Recently the air purifier keep showing purple / red light after I change the new filter (most of the time red light).

Even I on for the whole night, the red sensor still there the next morning.

Please advise what is the problem and how to send for service / warranty claim?

Hi,

Please don't worry, the light does not affect the air circulator or air purification function at all.

There may be dust or particles cover onto the PM detector sensor.

Thank you for the advice but clean the HEPA from time to time? I thought it cannot be washed?

I did clean the inner mesh but it still the same.. Once one the airbot, it will run at max speed with the red color sensor for...

Hi,

I had clean the mesh filter and changed a new HEPA filter, the same problem still the same. I also texted to the number that provided on the Qoo10 chat but received no reply.

Please let me know if there is no after sales service that I could received from Airbot rather than keep asking the same question here.

红色指示灯可能是因为有尘埃堵住了空气进化器灰尘检测感应器,需要额外清理。

但指示灯本身不影响空气净化器循环净化室内空气。空气净化器可照常使用
